employees are highly paid and they are skilled. But they also need to follow
organizational rules and regulation as entitled organizational behavior. The
author will discuss about here importance of management skills, difference between
management and leadership and so on.
Importance of management and leadership skill:
Management is an important term that is belonged to
manage all the human and non-human elements of an organization to be placed in
a same manner. There are several elements in an organization. Staffs are
recruited according to the stated plan set by too authority. The role of a
manager here is to bring all staffs in the shadow of organizational goal (Carsrud and Brannback, 2011). Thus staffs are provided
specific tasks according to the ability. All those activities are played by the
management. However, staffs and other bodies do not necessarily understand the
actual perspective (Garvare and Johansson, 2010).
Here an important role is played by the leader of the organization. A leader organizes
techniques and learning process how the staffs can go according to the plan of
the management. Thus both management and leadership skill play a great role for
achieving success.

arrangements both financially and non-financially. Thus employees’ performance
gets better as per the expectation (Garvare

Responsibility: A leader is very responsible to the
employees. The management provides tasks to the leaders and leaders have to
provide task according to the organizational plans. Here, a leader must be
responsible as it is very necessary to determine the performance of the staffs.
The leader leads the staffs by taking all the responsibilities to improve the
work abilities (Carsrud and Brannback,
2011).
Positivity: A leader has to be positive to all parts of
activities. The leader is very positive in the way of manners. A successful
leader never gets panicked for sudden crisis or any issues. The leases takes it
positively and derives proper actions to improve the working conditions.

and ingredients of the organization. The goal of the organization is determined
by the management and shared to all bodies snagged to the organization. A
manger has to contain some distinct managerial skills so that the tasks of the
organization can be developed (Carsrud and
Brannback, 2011). From proper
managerial skills of the managers, the organization can get certain goal of the
organization.
Planning: A manager must have better planning skill.
Better planning is considered one of the most important managerial tasks that
all managers must comprise in order to manage the activities of the
organization. A manager must better plans for the organization so that all the
tasks can be pertained properly (Garvare

Coordination: A successful manager has better coordination
skill. The manger coordinates all the elements in a better way so that the
distribution of tasks can be possible and the functions of each staffs and
department can be brought in a better way (Employee

Thus a manager has to
comprise the above managerial skills in order to get the goal of the
organization.

that Google has successfully implemented
both managerial skills and leadership skills. However, it will be better
for Google to gather more arrangements in order to improve the functions of the
organization.
Differences and similarities between leadership and management:
There prevails some
differences and similarities between leadership and management. Those
differences and similarities are here:
Differences: Though management and leadership are going
hand in hand and sound same for acknowledging the goal of the organization,
there are some specific natures that make differences between management and
leadership. The differences are here:
Management
|
Leadership
|
Management is the overall functions of coordinating
all the elements of the organization.
|
Leadership is the process of directing the
human elements of the organization so that the organizational tasks can be
performed.
|
Management is engaged in managing elements
for the organization.
|
Leadership is engaged in leading the staffs
of the organization.
|
Employees are distributed tasks by the
managers.
|
Leader makes the employees understood about
the process of the tasks.
|
Management is theoretical practice
|
Leadership is practical process for
achieving goal.
|
Management urges to achieve success for the
organization.
|
Staffs are controlled and monitored by the
leaders to achieve the set target of the management (Carsrud and Brannback, 2011).

Organizational behaviour
is an important issue for an organization. It defines how employee conducts
with colleagues and other stakeholder of the organization. Basically they are prescribed
how to act in the organization (Cummings and

organization because of there are number of people are working from different
backgrounds (Feldman and Orlikowski, 2011).
All of them are skilled and talented employees but their cultures are
different. So that multilingual culture may affect to the natural life of the
employees. Google Inc. is an example
of them. This organization is running a large business at all over the world.
So they need to follow a strong culture in the organization. The author will

organizational behaviour:
Organizational behaviour is the study of human behaviour
in the organization to ascertain the tasks and relations between the management
and the employees. It gives an idea of the employees’ courses of functions (Cummings and Worley, 2014). The growth of the

every individual has to cope with. It also indicates the mission and vision of
the organization. As a result, the employees are ae to learn about the
objectives of the organization (Feldman and Orlikowski, 2011).

Improving efficiency: Employees are one of
the key elements of the organization. Employees are recognized as assets. As
most of the functions have to be played by the employees, it is necessary to
improve the efficiency and work ability of the employees. Organizational behaviour
implies the individual performance and lets it know to the managers. Thus
managers can undertake effective actions to improve the efficiency of the
employees.
Effective teamwork: Building effective
teamwork is one of the major objectives of organizational behaviour. The

and opportunities of organizational behaviour
Apart from Google, there are other tech giants the industry
which is offering continuous pressure on Google. There are several challenges
for Google to be faced. At the same time, there are several opportunities also
to be grabbed in order to improve the ability of the organization. The
organization has many resources into where the opportunities can be used to
derive better result. So, challenges must be faced and analysed in a proper
manner (Herzberg,
et., al., 2011). The following measures can be helpful to face
challenges and get better opportunities for Google:

efficiency of the employees can be developed by absorbing better training
facilities to the employees. As the competition is rising in the market, it is
imperative to improve the efficiency of the organization. And the employees’
efficiency can be developed through several training opportunities.

work groups and bodies in the organization. It is very necessary manage all the
groups efficiently to improve the condition of the business in the market.

boundaries. It has made the world closer to each other. The products and
services of any certain organization can be known to any country. At present any
country can use the products even having no scope of productions because of the
process of globalization. It helps to create a borderless market by which the
process of export-import business can be clearly gone a step ahead. Google has
also benefitted from the globalization process as a lot of clients all over the
world are using the services and products of Google.

including Google wants to be the king in the market. Thus the functions have to
be very advanced which will derive better strategies than the competitors in
the market. This will help to overcome challenges and enjoy opportunities (Herzberg, et. al., 2011).

derive better improvements on several sectors so that certain changes can be
met to get better opportunities and undertake several opportunities for the organization
(Cummings and
Worley, 2014).

touch of improved facilities of internet, the term E-organization and E,
E-commerce have been emerged. E-commerce is the process spreading the services
and products worldwide with the use of internet. As a result, clients from any
place in the world can get the opportunity to use certain product (Garvare and Johansson, 2010). Google has a lot of products and services arranged for
the clients. E-commerce helps Google in this case a lot as all the services are
acknowledged easily. E-commerce helps to make the distribution process of
services easily.

objectives and a bunch of ethical procedures which ensure that the company is
very much engaged in accepting customers' loyalty. Enabling ethics in terms of
all manners of the organization can improve better position in the market.

users of several services of Google wants and then makes adjustments according
to the ways and needs of the customers. Thus this organization has acquired
success in all regards by maintaining customers’ satisfaction (Garvare and Johansson, 2010).
Balancing between work and personal life: Though it is the
motive to acquire organizational success by all employees, employees have own
goal also which tend to go through the next phrases. This there should be balanced
measurements between work and personal life. If the employees can acquire
organizational goal as well as personal goal also, it will yield better
opportunities to be undertaken by the organization (Herzberg, et., al., 2011).
Thus the above mentioned points can be helpful for the
organization to meet challenges and obtain opportunities.
Limitations of

levels of production. Diminishing returning law is one of the major
limitations. However, production level must be treated equally

manipulation is another issue that limits the objectives of organizational behaviour.

So, those are the limitations of organizational behaviour.
Google must be careful to be addressed to such limitation so that the
limitations can be overcome.
Key force affecting
organizational behaviour:
There are some elements that can affect organizational
behaviour. Such elements are here:
People: People are one of the major
elements of the organization. All functions of the organization are determined
and functioned by the people. So, it is necessary to improve the efficiency of
the people. The organization comprises different people from different areas
and those people have different cultural trends. Google has a lot of employees
from diversified cultures and an employee must be placed on same platform (Cummings and Worley, 2014).

organizations have different structures. Types of structures are different
according to the size of the organization. Google is a giant company having a

has got much benefits from advanced technologies (Herzberg, et., al., 2011). At present, this
tech giant is working on Artificial Intelligence which has been adding a new
dimension to the tech products. It has lessened the work loads and improved
efficiency. Google has successfully able to introduce advanced technologies to
the users all over the world. A vast number of people are getting opportunities
to use such technologies so that several benefits can be undertaken from the
process (Garvare and
Johansson, 2010).
Environment: Google has been
playing a great role in terms of protecting the environment from being severe
pollution. Emitting of carbon dioxide is one of the major issues of environment
pollution. Google is working on reducing environment pollution by reusing and
recycling of materials. This tech giant is planning to spend vast amount of
money to introduce green technology so that the society can be benefitted from
reducing environment pollution.
